MMG Toyota Dundee is hiring an experienced Service Front-Line Manager to lead our aftersales team and deliver top-tier service in our busy workshop. If you thrive in the fast-paced world of automotive aftersales and excel at delighting customers, we want to hear from you! 
 
What You’ll Do 
  • Oversee daily workshop operations, including job card management, technician allocation, and quality control for repairs and maintenance. 
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and apprentices to meet service targets and uphold Toyota service standards. 
  • Manage customer interactions from booking to handover, resolving complaints, and ensuring high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores. 
  • Ensure compliance with warranty processes, health & safety regulations, and dealership policies. 
  • Collaborate with parts, sales, and management teams for seamless operations and inventory optimization. 
 
What You’ll Bring 
  • 3+ years in automotive aftersales, with 1+ years in a service management or front-line supervisory role. 
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures and workshop management. 
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in motivating teams and handling high-volume service bays. 
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities. 
  • Valid driver’s license
